Coverage

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 Months from the date of purchase.

Shipping from Because You Love to you is guaranteed against product damage or loss.

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Because You Love will fully refund the purchase price and the original shipping price.

Making a Claim

To make a claim for a defective product, contact Because You Love within the warranty period. Follow the instructions provided and return the product for inspection or disposal within 30 days of filing the claim.

If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, it is your responsibility to immediately contact the shipping carrier and file a claim. Because You Love will assist by providing necessary documentation and photos of the shipment.
